Fees and Rebates

Our standard psychology session fee is $220 per 50-minute session. A rebate may be available from your private health fund or from Medicare with a valid referral. We do offer a Concession rate of $160 per 50-minute session, concession rate is only available for those with a valid health care card or pension card.

Additional Information:

• A non-refundable $60 booking fee applies to your first appointment to cover late cancellations or non-attendance. This fee will be deducted from your initial consultation fee.

• Cancellations: if you cancel your session within 24 hours of your appointment a fee of $110 (50% of full session fee) will be charged, if 2 consecutive appointments are cancelled a booking fee of $60 is required when booking your next appointment.  

• Mental Health Care Plans - with a valid mental health care plan you may be eligible for a rebate of $96.65, full fee is required upfront, the rebate will be process after full payment is received, the rebate will be refunded into the bank account you have linked to your Medicare account.

• Private Health funds: you may be eligible for a rebate through your private health fund, full fee is required upfront, you will need to submit the claim to your fund once payment has been made.

• Workcover referrals - no out-of-pocket expense to client

• NDIS clients - no out-of-pocket expense to client

• BUPA ADF referrals - no out-of-pocket expense to client

• DVA referrals - no out-of-pocket expense to client
